As someone who’s been using it for years the biggest shift for me was using Notion more like a personal database than a daily planner
It’s where I keep things like my content calendar, writing, projects, and ideas or bookmarks I want to come back to later
I don’t really use it as a to do list. My iPad planner is where I actually plan my days
