This New AI Editing Feature Breaks Everything

AI is finally moving beyond giving me answers and starting to take action inside the software I already use.

In this video, I test Premiere AI Assistant beta on real YouTube projects. I ask it to work through timelines, remove repetition and turn a long livestream into several separate videos, all while I carry on editing elsewhere.

I also try OpenClaw and give the rabbit R1’s DLAM computer-control agent another chance. The result is a fairly clear split. Specialised AI built into an application can already be genuinely useful. General computer agents remain expensive, awkward and not quite ready for my workflow.

And yes, ChatGPT helped me produce the title, description and thumbnail for this video. It seemed only fair.
