I’m taking a look at the GL.iNet Comet Q KVM, a pocket-sized device that gives you full remote control of servers, laptops, tablets, and even smartphones through USB-C. This thing connects to your Wi-Fi, supports Tailscale or ZeroTier for secure remote access, and gets powered directly from whatever device you’re controlling. I’ve tested it with a Linux mini PC, an iPad, and an Android phone, and it just works. The Comet Q just launched on Kickstarter starting at $69 bucks for early bird backers.
