**Correction – Windows will disable SAC when it sees you using a lot of unsigned apps rather than enabling it, so it won’t interrupt your workflow.

If you are having problems running certain applications that might be unsigned or that Windows thinks might be malicious, it is most likely because the Windows Smart App Control (SAC) security feature is enabled on your computer. You may receive a message that says Smart App Control blocked an app that may be unsafe when an app is blocked.

There are three possible settings for Windows Smart App Control, and they are On, Off and Evaluation. When you do a clean installation of Windows, your computer will be in evaluation mode until Windows decides whether to enable or disable SAC based on the apps you are opening while in evaluation mode. If you want to change the setting to turn SAC on or off, it’s not that easy unfortunately.
