Windows 11: Kill Telemetry, Widgets & Bloat

Want a privacy-first Windows 11 setup? In this step-by-step, I show how to create a local account during OOBE (no Microsoft login), then use Chris Titus Tech Windows Toolbox to debloat Windows, disable telemetry, location tracking, Wi-Fi Sense, Bing in Start, and widgets. I install Brave (optional Firefox), use Revo Uninstaller to remove bloat like McAfee and leftover junk, trim startup apps, and share why I prefer IPv4 (disabling IPv6 is your call). I also flag WPBT (Windows Platform Binary Table) as a risk to disable. Finally, I set security-only updates—note: this setting doesn’t apply to Windows Home.
