To stop/block Google Chrome notifications, you can do the following:
Block notifications for all sites
On an Android device, open Chrome, tap More to the right of the address bar, then tap Settings, Site settings, and Notifications. At the top, turn the setting off.

Block ad notifications
On a computer, open Chrome, click the three dots in the top right corner, select Settings, then Privacy and Security, and Site Settings. Scroll down and click Additional Content Settings, then tap Ads from the dropdown. Check the Block ads on sites that show intrusive or misleading ads option.
