The first proper Android (or Aluminium OS) laptop is the Googlebook. And there’s plenty to talk about in terms of features, design, apps, services and more… but the initial announcement was pretty light in detail, and left a lot of questions unanswered.
Googlebooks and the new Aluminum OS are a showcase for what Gemini can do when it’s built into a real, actual computer. And they’re also a big ecosystem play for Google — potentially the perfect laptop companion for a Pixel phone.
